FIRST VISIT & PRINTED CARD
After you get your email confirmation, bring your eticket (printed or electronic) to the Park Entrance for admission to the park by May 31, 2026. Visit through Nov. 1, 2026.
IMPORTANT: Want a wallet-sized Preschool Pass? Once you have scanned your eticket at the Park Entrance, you may go to the Self-Service Ticketing kiosks to print your card.

The free 2-Park Preschool Pass is available for kids who are between the ages of 3 and 5 years old.
Our Preschool Pass only covers admission for the children they were issued to. Accompanying parents and/or guardians must purchase their own tickets or participate in our Membership Program before entering the park.
Our Preschool Pass does not include free parking for either Busch Gardens® Williamsburg or Water Country USA®.
To save time, we suggest purchasing parking online for Busch Gardens or for Water Country USA. Free parking* is just one of the many benefits of becoming a Member.

The Preschool Pass is valid through Nov. 1, 2026 at both Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA with no blockout dates.
As long as your child is 5 years of age on or before the date you redeem the Preschool Pass for your first visit to the park, your child is eligible.
Guests may be required to show a valid form of ID (a copy of certified birth certificate or travel passport) to verify age prior to entry. Please note that school IDs or children security IDs will NOT be accepted.
As long as your child is 5 years of age on the date you register for the 2-Park Preschool Pass, you are eligible for requesting a Preschool Pass for the year.
There are currently no residency restrictions associated with our 2-Park Preschool Pass, so you do not need to be a Virginia state resident in order to register.
Our 2-Park Preschool Pass is available for entry into both Busch Gardens® Williamsburg and Water Country USA® parks thru Nov. 1, 2026.
Once the Preschool Pass has been issued and redeemed for your child, you may use it for their entry into the park through Nov. 1, 2026.

In order to obtain a 2-Park Preschool Pass, you need to register on our website while registration is open. Once you have submitted the form online, you will receive an e-ticket as a PDF via email only. Bring a printed or electronic copy of this ticket with you to the park entrance by May 31, 2026 to redeem at the park and then visit the through Nov. 1, 2026.
