Trained service animals are welcome at Busch Gardens Europe, but family pets are not. Pet care is offered near the England Parking Lot. It costs $6.00 per day and $3.00 for season passholders. The facility is ventilated but not temperature controlled. Pets will be offered fresh water, but it is the owner's responsibility to bring food and feed their pet. Where can I rent a stroller, wheelchair or locker?

Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV’s) may be rented at the Stroller Rental shop in England. It's located near the front gate of the park, just past the turnstiles area and on the right. Wheelchairs and ECV’s are rented on a “first-come, first-served” basis to guests with disabilities. Reservations for wheelchairs are available and must be made at least three days in advance of the visit. Guests may also use their own wheelchairs or single passenger ECV’s. Guests using wheelchairs may enter the park through any admission line.

Lockers are in several locations around Busch Gardens Europe. In the England and Scotland sections of the park, lockers can be rented for the entire day. Small lockers cost $6.00 and large lockers cost $8.00. There are also hundreds of single-use lockers for rent near the park's roller coasters and water rides. Those single-use lockers cost $3.00.
